Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange jewellery for hygiene reasons. All jewellery sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Dissatisfaction such as quality issues, sizes, and colours are not eligible for return. Returns, exchanges, and store credit are not allowed for change of mind.
However, we accept return under reasonable circumstances, such as wrong items delivered or damaged during shipment. If it happens, please accept our sincere apologies. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us your order number and photo evidence and we will walk you through the process for returning the item.
Once it has been approved, we will walk you through the process of returning the item. You are required to ship back the item to our dedicated address within 7 working days using a trackable shipping service. Products must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
Shipping fees will be borne by us if you receive a defective/wrong item.
Once your order arrives back at Breezy Tansy, you will be notified and we will process your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
